    Marina Alcañiz Aguilar

    Director · General Health Psychologist

    Master's in Personal and Executive Coaching. General Health Psychologist with a double specialism: Psychological Health Intervention and Work and Organisational Psychology. Accredited Expert in Aeronautical Psychology.

    Specialist in emotional management, positive psychology, and cognitive-behavioural therapy. Her work spans intervention in anxiety, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and the development of key skills such as leadership, communication, and change management. She designs Young Talent psychoeducational workshops and talent selection programmes, working with private centres, educational institutions, and international companies.

    Specialist in couples therapy and emotional management. She addresses anxiety, depression, phobias, sexual problems, and gender-based violence.     Her multidisciplinary approach combines technology, neuroscience, and talent management, aiming to improve operational safety and the psychological wellbeing of aviation professionals. She has experience in the neurorehabilitation of patients with acquired brain injury.

Currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Jaén, combining teaching, athletic performance, and health. He has competed in international events including the Quebrantahuesos, the Berlin Marathon, and triathlons at various distances.

    María Fernández Sánchez

    Occupational Psychologist

    Psychologist specialising in the workplace (UCJC), with further training in social and criminal psychology and in civil, commercial, and family mediation (UNED). She collaborates with the UAM on a project on victimisation and re-victimisation of gender-based violence survivors, and volunteers with the Ampara association, supporting the reintegration of female inmates.

    With more than 25 years of experience in music teaching and pedagogy, she teaches piano, music and movement, and early music education. She combines her teaching with performance in major international theatre companies, connecting music and theatre as fundamental disciplines for human development.
